2. Products All products sold at The Kozy Quill are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Production & Shipping Orders require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for full details. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. 6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of The Kozy Quill and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
