1. Overview By visiting or purchasing from The Kozy Quill, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products: All print-on-demand products sold at The Kozy Quill, LLC are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Our handcrafted bundles and scoop items are curated and assembled in-house. Contents may vary slightly from photos shown, as items are carefully selected based on availability and seasonal offerings. All sales on bundle and scoop items are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

3. Product Safety & Age Warnings Some products sold by The Kozy Quill, LLC, including bundles and scoop items, may contain small parts, decorative objects, or other items that may pose a choking hazard. These products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended for children ages 3 and older when handling these products. The Kozy Quill, LLC is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow safety warnings.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Production & Shipping Orders require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for full details. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of The Kozy Quill, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability The Kozy Quill, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
